A video blogging compitition”My Life My yoga” he wants to encourage people to practice yoga at home with entire family members in this ongoing pandemic and post their videos.
The date 21 june was chosen because it is the longest day of the northern hemisphere and the motive was to spread yoga WORLD WIDE.
